Featured Artist

In July 2020, while we were firmly seated into our pandemic, I was contacted by Leslie from Accuquilt, to find out if I was interested in having my quilts featured in their onsite Quilt Gallery.

She also asked if I was interested in a “virtual only” experience, since their gallery was temporarily closed to physical visits.

She said that they would need 10-12 quilts, and that my pieces would be showcased and admired for approximately three months.

The Accuquilt gallery has been home to wonderful displays like Kaye England, Robbi Joy Ecklow, Heather Black, and Luke Haynes. I told her that I would love the opportunity and quickly began pulling quilts to be included.

Since this was the first time I had a project with a really serious timeline, I decided that it was finally time to enlist the help of an amazing longarmer. My fellow guild member, Chris Batten, was the perfect choice. Please do check her out, at Custom Quilts by Chris!
